West Concord 5 & 10 – We now have Paella Pans in our housewares department.  These pans are made of steel and coated with a black and white speckled enamel, so rusting will not be an issue.  We have them in two sizes, 13″ and 16″.

Debra's LogoDebra’s Natural Gourmet – Cooking Contest - To celebrate warmer weather, we’re holding a cooking contest!

Rules: One recipe in one category per person. Ingredients must be natural and organic, with no refined sugar, white flour or mixes of any kind. Recipes must be either original or modified for a particular dietary need like gluten-free (of course, attribute your original source). The winning recipe won’t necessarily have the most ingredients or take the most time to prepare. In fact, simpler is better. The categories are appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert.

On Thursday, May 15, 7:00, you show up with your dish and entry form (we’ll have entry forms to pick up starting April 1, 2014). A panel of 12 judges will sample starting at 7:30, and prizes will be awarded at 8:00-ish.

A $100 gift certificate to the store for the best recipe in each category
